MI-JADR is a private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service provider with offices throughout Michigan, and in Dallas/ Fort Worth and Boulder/Denver Colorado. MI-JADR was founded in 2015 by retired Circuit Judge Daniel P. Ryan with the assistance of retired Circuit Judge Jeanne Stempien and retired Circuit Judge John Foster. Judge Bill Caprathe (Bay City and Livonia), Judge Neil Mullally (West Michigan and Livonia), Judge James L. Ryan (Livonia) and Judge Megan Maher Brennan (Livonia) have also joined MI-JADR since its inception.

MI-JADR continues to develop a distinguished array of retired judicial arbitration and mediation neutral experts each of whom have at least 20 years of sophisticated jury trial experience. Our SE Michigan office has 10 state of the art, handicap accessible conference rooms equipped with Zoom, WebEx, Facetime and Skype capabilities. Conveniently located right off the 7 Mile West exit and I-275, we are 25 minutes from all points in metropolitan Detroit, Metro Airport, Monroe and Ann Arbor. To better serve our clients, we have recently opened offices in Bay City, West Michigan (Muskegon and Grand Rapids),  Dallas/Fort Worth,TX  and Boulder, Colorado.
